With “Two-sided” on, each sheet of fronts is followed by a sheet of backs printed in mirror order: the card in the top-left of the front sheet has its back in the top-right of the back sheet. Print with two-sided printing set to flip on long edge, cut along the dashed lines, and every card comes out with the right back. For a single-sided printer, print the odd pages first, then feed them back in and print the even pages.

Type one card per line. For two-sided cards, write the front and the back separated by a vertical bar, like “cat | 🐱” or “photosynthesis | how plants make food from light”. Pick a card size, check the preview and press Print.
Tick “Two-sided (backs on a second sheet)”. Every front sheet is followed by a back sheet with the cards mirrored left-to-right, so they line up when you flip the paper. In the print dialog choose two-sided printing and “flip on long edge” (the default for portrait). If your printer is single-sided, print the fronts, put the stack back in the tray face-down with the top edge in the same position, and print the backs.
Medium is 8 cards per letter sheet (2 × 4, about 3.7 × 2.5 in). Small gives 12 per sheet (3 × 4) and Large gives 4 per sheet (2 × 2) — ideal for toddlers or classroom word walls.
