Cosmic Mandala

There's no right way, but two approaches work beautifully: pick 3–4 colors and repeat them in the same order around each ring, or work from the center outward. The symmetry does the artistic heavy lifting — almost any color plan looks striking when it repeats.

The repeating, symmetric sections take the "what do I do next?" decisions away, so hands stay busy while the mind settles — the same reason adults color them. Many parents keep a mandala or two in reserve for wind-down time before bed.
